Many services can be accessed online rather than in person. In person services currently require advance appointments.

Step 1.Confirm your address is within the Menlo Park Municipal Water service area:

Step 2.Complete the online form:

Step 3.Mail the $270 fee and a copy of the confirmation email:

Make the check payable to "City of Menlo Park" and mail the payment and copy of the confirmation email to

Step 4.The final report will be emailed to you.

Note that new fire flow tests are conducted on Thursdays only.
