The M4-Willow Road Shuttle is a free commuter shuttle open to everyone. It runs between the Menlo Park Caltrain station and the Willow Road area business parks. Destinations include the Menlo Medical Clinic (321 Middlefield Road), VA Medical Center, and business parks along O'Brien Drive, Adams Court and Hamilton Court.
The M4-Willow Road Shuttle schedule(PDF, 207KB) operates Monday through Friday, in the morning from about 7–10 a.m. and in the afternoon from about 3:15–6:15 p.m. to sync with the peak period Caltrain schedule. The shuttle bus is wheelchair-accessible and has a rack that can accommodate two bicycles.
The Menlo Park shuttle service has been in operation since 1989. The shuttle service is funded through generous grants from San Mateo City/County Association of Governments, Bay Area Air Quality Management District and the City of Menlo Park.
