Robotics and Engineering for Youth

(Ages 9–14)
EASE Education offers a stimulating robotics program for young engineers ranging from grades 3–8. Utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and machine learning algorithm as theoretical foundation, students work in teams to plan, build, test and modify their own robotic creations! We use Cozmo, an AI robot, and adopt the Calypso software that mirror programming language used by engineers and scientists to help creative minds put mathematical concepts to the test as they develop a better knowledge of robotics, computer programming and teamwork.

Mini Group Piano Classes for Children

(Ages 6–9)
Learning to play the piano is fun! We believe that piano lessons should be enjoyable and productive, not dull and isolating. By putting students into small groups in the beginning, we give them a chance to share the learning experience with others. This creates a built-in support team of friends and encourages children to practice. Activities include music-oriented games, EZ music theory and ear training. Mindful of gradual reopening, we reduced the size of the group to 3-4 students for in-person classes. The instructor is fully vaccinated. We will be offering two beginner level classes with the same program: Piano 1 (Group 1) and Piano 1 (Group 2). Students meet once a week for a 35 minutes’ class Wednesday afternoon. Each student has access to a piano or keyboard in class; however, a piano or keyboard is needed to practice at home. Books and other materials for class and homework will be distributed on the first class upon payment of the $30 materials fee to the instructor (check or cash). We will hold a recital on the last class of each session. No class 11/24.

Hi Five Hoops League – D-League

(Grades K–1)
The main goal and priority at Hi-Five is for all the players to gain confidence, learn the ins and outs of basketball and gain a great relationship with their coach and Hi-Five. With our highly trained staff, our job is to teach the children the fundamentals of basketball and skills to become a better athlete. To increase the children’s’ skill level, we’ve decide to extend the season and times while using our veteran coaches this year to maintain and increase a better experience for both the children and parents. We’ll put each age group through a clinic featuring a series of drills and scrimmages designed to prepare everyone for the upcoming season. At the conclusion of the clinic, using a traditional draft format, our coaching staff will create the teams as evenly as possible based on what we see in the clinic and the child’s previous Hi-Five experience. No class 11/21 and 11/28. For more information, log on to www.Hifivesports.com
