Springline

Presidio Bay Ventures (“Presidio Bay”), a leading California-based commercial real estate investment firm, announced took over the construction, lease-up, and stabilization of the 6.4 acre mixed-use development located at 1300-1302 El Camino Real and 550 Oak Grove Ave. The project, renamed Springline, transitioned to Presidio Bay mid-construction in June 2020.

The project has received all discretionary approvals and is under construction. The Final EIR was made available Dec. 1, 2016, and the Planning Commission reviewed the project and recommended approval of all project actions on Dec. 12, 2016. The City Council approved the project on January 24, 2017.
