111 Independence Drive SP Menlo, LLC has submitted an application to construct a new eight-story residential apartment building with 105 dwelling units and a community serving retail space. The proposal would include a total of 14 residential units (15 percent) as below market rate (BMR) units, per the requirements of the City’s BMR Ordinance.

citizenM Hotel citizenM has submitted a proposed project to construct a hotel on a portion of the Facebook West Campus. The hotel use was previously approved as part of the conditional development permit for the Facebook Campus Expansion Project. The approximately 90,868 square foot, five-story hotel would consist of 240 hotel rooms, a restaurant, and hotel amenities.
