Three local newspapers provide advertisements for housing. The Almanac and the Palo Alto Weekly connect with the same online information. The Palo Alto Daily News has a separate listing.

• The Almanac is a local weekly newspaper serving Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Woodside, and Atherton. Its website provides local news and connects to the same online listing of information and services as is available at the Palo Alto Weekly website.
• The Palo Alto Weekly is a local newspaper that comes out twice per week.

• SMCHousingSearch.org is a free service to list and find housing throughout San Mateo County.
• Stanford University has housing services available for persons affiliated with the university.
